'1000-lb Sisters’ Tammy Slaton engaged 2 months after relationship reveal

Tammy Slaton and Andrea Dalton are happily engaged after going public with their relationship just a few months ago.

The star of ‘1000-lb Sisters’ just dropped the fiancée bomb, surprising all of her fans, “Me and my fiancée, we just kind of chill at home,” she tells Hunter Ezwell on ‘A Creative Chaos’ podcast.

After Tammy’s shocking revelation, Hunter chimes in for clarification, “Hold on, Fiancée?”

In the interview, Tammy smiles at Hunter’s question and shows off a sparkling diamond ring to the camera and confirms that her fiancée is in fact a woman. She also revealed the two met on a dating app and enjoy walking around "like, we got to Walmart and just walk around."

“I had just gone on there. I wasn’t on there very long and I saw her and she saw me and we just started talking. And it’s been like that every day since.”

It was just two months ago that the TLC star revealed she was seeing a special someone, during an episode of ‘1000-Lb Sisters.’

“I have been seeing someone for the past couple months and it’s going pretty well. The person I’m dating is a woman,” she tells the confessional camera. She continues, “I think I want to approach this relationship different than I have in the past. So I haven’t told my family because my family’s gonna have something to say about it.”

Tammy’s mother and sisters were nothing but supportive after learning about her relationship with Andrea, “If Andrea genuinely cares for Tammy and makes her happy, then I’ll be happy with her,” Tammy’s mom, Darlene shared during the episode.

Tammy's weight loss journey has been recorded on the TLC show. She has lost more than 500 lbs.

Prior to her relationship with Andrea, Tammy was married to Caleb Willingham and said ‘I do’ in November 2022. They were still together when Caleb passed away the following year at 40-years-old. One year later, Tammy opened up about her sexuality in a TikTok video, “I’m a supporter of everybody. Well, I was saying I was pansexual, but I kinda stopped messing with guys after my husband passed. So, I’m like a lesbian. Love is love. Everybody deserves love whether they’re gay, straight, trans, pan, bi, nonbinary [or] whatever. I’m just a lover.”
