CODE RED WEATHER ALERT:
A Tornado Watch is in effect for our southern Kentucky counties until 11pm
A Wind Advisory is in effect from 10 AM - 10 PM Wednesday for wind gusts up to 45 mph.
Isolated strong storms will be possible this evening as a cold front sweeps across the viewing area.
While the main threat overall is damaging wind gusts, but a spin up tornado can't be ruled out (mainly in southern KY)
We'll welcome Spring with a small taste of winter. Widespread frost is likely Thursday morning with a few areas of winter mix, especially east of I-65.
The weekend will be mainly dry. However, a few isolated showers cannot be ruled out, especially on Sunday.
