Whitney Purvis from ’16 & Pregnant’ fame was just granted a $15,000 bond that sets her free from the Georgia jail.

After being arrested for involuntary manslaughter earlier this month, Whitney Purvis can now walk free from the Georgia jail cell she’s been locked up in since the beginning of the month, if she can cover her $15,000 bond, that is.

It's currently unclear if she has satisfied her bond yet, if she does, she will be walking free in no time. If she is released, she has a long list of requirements she must adhere to in order to stay out of trouble, including a 7pm – 7am curfew, having no contact with the victim’s family, according to a court order obtained by TMZ.

She is also required to stay at an agreed-upon home in Bartow County, continue her treatment at Women’s Outreach and submit to random drug test screenings at her own expense. She is also ordered to stay away from drinking alcohol and using “dangerous” or illegal drugs.

You might remember Whitey penned an emotional memorial to John Mark Harris, the man who authorities say she intentionally sold a drug to called ‘Tranq,’ resulting in his death.

Whitney’s arrest came just weeks after her teenage son, Weston Jr. died from natural causes.
