A shocking hook up breaks up the love quadrangle on '90 Day: Hunt for Love'
Tiffany’s love quadrangle is in shambles this week thanks to a shocking betrayal, but let’s start at the beginning before we get to the cliffhanger.
When the episode starts, one of Tiffany’s suitors, Jay, has taken her on a date, a night under the stars with some charcuterie. She’s excited to see where the date goes but still very much has Carlo on her mind and wants to take things slow. Jay ends up being a little too forward for her tastes, asking for one kiss and taking a few more, so the date comes to and end.
The next day, Cortney checks in with Colt via facetime. He’s recovering well from surgery, and they’re still pretty flirty over the phone. Cortney even says she’s having more fun with him at the hospital than she is at the resort. Colt for his part is very honored Cortney’s talking with him so much. Seems like Usman’s going to be out of the picture very soon.
Later there’s a big ole beach party with the group, where Tiffany notices another one of her suitors, Rocky, is with Chantel. Tiffany is feeling a little jealous, but is fairly confident Carlo is her guy.
Carlo though is uncertain where he stands with Tiffany since she went on her date with Jay, so he abruptly asks Elise for a date. Elise is a little worried Tiffany will hate her, but as we’ve all seen, Elise isn’t afraid to get into some drama.
The group plays a game of sexy bingo, with a few tense moments, but all in all everyone has fun.
Rocky and Chantel and Rob and Jennifer double date on some jet skis, then each break off for some one on one time. That’s when Rob basically tells Jennifer she’s the one for him, which Jennifer happily accepts.
Meanwhile, Rocky and Chantel don’t really click the way either might have hoped. The conversation gets so awkward, Chantel pulls out her phone to ask get to know you questions, which turns Rocky off. The truth is, Chantel can’t stop thinking about her friend Ashely back home, and she doesn’t know what to do about those feelings.
Tim, who has been having a rough time at the resort with no dates and little flirting, gets up the nerve to ask out Mei. She gives a tepid yes, but it’s a win for Tim, who apparently hasn’t asked a girl out in person in a decade!
On to the main event: Carlo comes to talk with Elise becausethey hooked up! They both feel a little bad about going behind Tiffany’s back, but apparently not that bad because they decide to become exclusive with each other.
Tiffany had texted Carlo to come to her room later and he does after the talk (and some kissing) with Elise. He enters the room looking worried then terrified when he sees Courtney ad Joe, who are just hanging out with Tiffany for the evening. They skedaddle to give Tiffany and Carlo some privacy.
Carlo sits down with Tiffany and sayswe don’t know yet, that’s where the episode ends! A massive cliffhanger. But Carlo looked like a dead man walking, he knows this was a huge betrayal for Tiffany.
