Exclusive: Alexa PenaVega on life after stillbirth loss, why her kids dislike "Spy Kids"
Alexa PenaVega, 36, gets candid about life one year after the loss of her daughter, Indy, via stillbirth in April 2024. The actress tells our reporter, Courtney Tezeno, how the “traumatic” experience affected her family and how people reacted to her grieving process.

The actress, who rose to fame after starring in “Spy Kids,” talks about what her three kids - daughter Rio, 3, and sons Kingston, 5, and Ocean, 8 - think of the film after watching it. PenaVega stars in the new faith-based film, “Before Your Father Finds Us,” as Sophia, a mom forced to go into witness protection with her baby daughter after she testifies against her ex-husband, who goes to prison for his crimes. The film premieres on Lifetime July 26 at 8/7c p.m.
