A famous Christmas song just hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and it's not Mariah Carey.

Brenda Lee's holiday classic "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree" reached the top of the charts for the first time -- 65 years after its release.

Originally recorded in 1958, it hit the Billboard Hot 100 in 1960 at No. 64 and peaked at No. 14 two weeks after its debut.

For its 65th anniversary, the song finally got a music video including cameos from country stars Tanya Tucker and Trisha Yearwood.

According to data from Luminate, the song received nearly 35 million streams, 21 million radio impressions and sold 3,000 downloads during the week of Nov. 24.

Lee will perform her iconic song on NBC's "Christmas at the Opry" on Dec. 7.

She also joined TikTok where she has been sharing posts about her career.
