CCMF's first 2026 headliner is bringing neon light vibes

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — Get ready to sip on some Sangria, kick back in God’s Country, and sing along ‘til the neon lights fade. The Carolina Country Music Fest has announced its first headliner for the 2026 event in Myrtle Beach, and we know it's gonna have y'all buzzing.

The first official act on the billing for CCMF 2026, who's making his festival debut, is... Blake Shelton!

Shelton's been delivering country music fans hit after hit for more than 20 years. With 30 #1 singles, 52 million singles and 13 million albums sold, and nearly 11 billion global streams, Shelton has received numerous awards, including six ACMs, three AMAs, 10 CMAs, 11 CMTs and six People’s Choice, among many others.

He's currently climbing the country charts with his new single “Texas.”

“Blake Shelton is one of the most iconic artists in country music, and we’re proud to welcome him to the CCMF stage for the very first time," says CCMF co-founder Bob Durkin. "Our fans have been asking for him for years, and his addition sets the tone for what promises to be another unforgettable year on the beach."

With four consecutive sellouts -- and recognition from national media powerhouses USA Today, Billboard, and Rolling Stone -- CCMF is one of the most in-demand country music fests in the nation. CCMF is celebrating more than a decade of unforgettable live music on the shores of Myrtle Beach.

"It's hard to top our last year's lineup, but I think we did it this year," Durkin told ABC15 last week. "I think people are going to be very happy. We have some huge country artists that have never been to CCMF coming, that's going to be exciting, and a couple of the hottest country artists out there are coming."
