Country music star Morgan Wallen won't appear in court this week after a judge granted a continuance until December.

The hearing has been moved from Aug. 15 to Dec. 12.

The “Whiskey Glasses” singer is charged with several counts of felony reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct charges for throwing a chair from the rooftop of Chief's bar earlier this year. The chair landed about three feet away from where a few Metro Police officers were standing.

Police reviewed security footage of the rooftop of the bar and saw Wallen lunge forward while throwing an object from the sixth story rooftop. The object can be seen flying from the top of the building, arrest records show. Witnesses told officers they were standing to the right of Wallen when they saw him pick up the chair before throwing it, then laughing.

Wallen has spoken out about the April 7 arrest, saying he's "not proud" of his behavior.
