Live TV has gifted us with another hilarious and adorable kid crashing their parent’s interview.

This time it was CNN correspondent Brian Stelter’s son, who casually slid into frame behind his dad during a recent live shot.

Stelter was discussing the recent $10 billion lawsuit filed by President Donald Trump against The Wall Street Journal over a letter allegedly sent to Jeffrey Epstein.

During the rather serious conversation, Stelter’s five-year-old son appeared in the lower right corner of the screen with a mischievous grin on his face.

Both Stelter and host Jessica Dean managed to keep relatively straight faces and continue uninterrupted, but they couldn’t help but smile just a little when they noticed the little guy.

Near the end of the interview, Dean acknowledged their special guest, saying, “Alright, Brian Steleter, thanks to you. And I think you had a little helper with you, too, so give our thanks to him.”

“I apologize for my 5-year-old,” Stelter replied. “It's bedtime here at the Stelter house.”

Dean assured him it was all good, saying, “We’re a family show, it’s always nice to have some extra hands.”

CNN viewers joked about the cute moment on X, with one person writing, “Loved it! We need a laugh now and then. He is adorable and it happens when you work from home.”

“Honestly, who needs bloopers when you’ve got live chaos? Keep the surprises coming—at least it’s more entertaining than the news today,” another said.

Stelter replied to the comments, saying, “LOL, yes, I tried my best not to break out laughing when he snuck into the camera shot.”
