BALTIMORE (WBFF) - Kim Kardashian West tweeted a cute photo of her newborn baby, sent to her by husband Kanye, but many are alarmed by the way the baby appears to be sleeping.

Little baby Psalm is seen surrounded by bumpers and pads in his crib, which experts say is unsafe.

One doctor wrote: "Please please please go pay an overpriced 'sleep consultant' to get all that unnecessary padding, bumpers, and blankets out of your child's crib so they are not at risk for SIDS. I've tried and failed to resuscitate too many children that have died this way."

A producer for "The Ellen Show" wrote: "Anyone else freaking out about all the blankets & bumpers?! American Academy of Pediatrics recommends keeping the crib free of blankets & pillows until baby is 12 months old, as these can create a suffocation hazard. @kanyewest Just looking out for a fellow dad :) "

One woman said, "Everything about this picture causes me anxiety," noting she lost a baby to SIDS.
