Country singer Zach Bryan arrested in Oklahoma

TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — Country singer, Zachary Lane Bryan, was arrested and booked into the Craig County jail in Oklahoma Thursday evening.

Bryan, who resides in Tulsa, was arrested on charges of obstruction of investigation.

It was recently announced that Bryan is nominated for the Country Music Award's New Artist of the Year.

Bryan released the following response on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Thursday night:

Bryan also uploaded a video online detailing his arrest early Friday morning:

"I was disrespectful when I shouldn't have been, and it was my mistake," he said in the video.
