On Monday, a federal judge declined Sean “Diddy” Combs’ bail request. This means he won’t be a free man, after the judge found no “exceptional reasons” for his release prior to sentencing.

After being convicted earlier this year of transportation to engage in prostitution, which mandates incarceration, Judge Arun Subramanian said Combs remains a flight risk and a danger to the community.

Diddy has been locked up at the federal jail in Brooklyn for almost a year.

Following an eight-week federal trial, a jury convicted Combs last month of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution but acquitted him of more serious sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy charges.

The judge denied him bail following the verdict.

Just last week, the prosecutors in Diddy’s trial sought a “substantially higher” prison sentence for the disgraced music mogul.

There are also some questions about whether he is being considered for a pardon by Donald Trump?
