Elaine Hendrix is down but not out of the “Dancing with the Stars” competition.

The “Parent Trap” star had to be carried by stretcher out of rehearsals for the show Tuesday after she suffered a rib injury.

She missed that night’s performance for Halloween week, but still scored well enough with voters and the judges (who watched her completed rehearsal dance footage) to make it through to next week.

But will Elaine be back?

She took to Instagram Wednesday to give an update on her condition, and thankfully, it’s happy news.

"Hi everyone, doing a check-in to let you know that I'm doing okay," she said in the video. "I am up and about, I'm tender, I am sore, but I am starting pain management today."

"I'm not dancing today, I'm not dancing tomorrow," Elaine continued. "We'll be back at it Friday. And I'm just getting ready to be in that ballroom next Tuesday."

Her partner, Alan Bersten, who was in the video with her, added, "We just wanted to say thank you so much for voting for us, and show so much love to Elaine and the support. We can feel it and we appreciate it so much."

She also thanked fans for their support, saying, "Yeah, it's palpable. All of your messages, I'm seeing it all, and I just want you to know that first and foremost, I'm okay, and second of all, I'm ready to go and just thank you so much for all the love and support that you're showing and thank you to the entire ‘Dancing with the Stars’ team. You're taking such good care of me. So we will see you next Tuesday out on the ballroom."

Elaine previously explained her injury came from her “Defying Gravity” routine on “Wicked Night.” The 54-year-old recreated Elphaba’s showstopping moment flying into the air with wires, but the move left her with a painful injury that worsened on Tuesday.

"I injured my ribs during 'Defying Gravity,' and today they just seized up and I couldn't move," she said in a video explaining her absence.

That wasn’t the only injury Elaine sustained on “Wicked Night.”

She showed our Courtney Tezeno her nasty foot injury, which was caused in part by the long-lasting effects of a 1992 car accident.

“Not only do I have a titanium joint and only half usage, I now have no skin on the bottom of my foot,” she said backstage after the show.

“It's overrated. Skin is overrated,” she quipped.
