WASHINGTON (SBG) — Elon Musk and his girlfriend, Canadian pop star Grimes, are backtracking a little on their newborn son's unique name.
The couple had their first child, X Æ A-12 Musk, on May 5.
Speculation quickly rose that the name wouldn't be legal under California law, which is where the couple live. California dictates that names can only use the 26 letters in the English alphabet. Grimes, whose real name is Claire Boucher, posted an update on Instagram. Their child's name is nowX Æ A-XII.
So, what's the difference? The number 12 is now a Roman numeral.
