Florida man sues Madonna over concert time change

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) – A man in Miami-Dade County is suing Madonna over her late concert start times.

Nate Hollander filed a lawsuit in court against both Live Nation and Madonna. He alleged the change in start times for Madonna's Madame X Tour is a breach of contract between the singer and the ticket buyer.

Hollander bought the tickets in August to Madonna's December 17 show at the Fillmore in Miami Beach.

The concert was set to start at 8:30 p.m., according to the lawsuit.

In October Madonna and Live Nation changed the start time for the show and several others to 10:30 p.m., according to the lawsuit.

Hollander says he does not want to attend a concert that late but a refund has not been offered.
