NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — One queen is welcoming another to the Country Music landscape.
"Queen Bey," also known as Beyoncé, has recently made history by becoming the first Black woman to top the Hot Country Songs chart with her single Texas Hold 'Em.
According to Billboard, the single has already seen over 19 million streams since the February 11 release. The full album is expected to debut on March 29.
Dolly Parton, otherwise known as the queen of country music, has issued her congratulations to Beyonce on Instagram, welcoming her to the community.
In the social post, Dolly says "I'm a big fan of Beyonce and very excited that she's done a country album. So congratulations on your Billboard Hot Country number one single. Can't wait to hear the full album!"
