Kylie Jenner spent $500,000 on security upgrades for her new California mega mansion.

The “KUWTK” star, who shares daughter Stormi, 7, and son Aire, 3, with her ex Travis Scott, is building her dream home in Calabasas. Before Kylie moves in, she cashed out a huge sum on olive trees to ensure privacy, according to the US Sun.

The property will feature an underground 12-car garage and a bunker, along with 15 bedrooms, a sports court, and a big swimming pool.

Kylie, who has previously dealt with stalkers, purchased the land for her home back in 2020. Tony Mariotti, CEO of RubyHome Luxury Real Estate, had earlier explained how complex the construction of her mega mansion would be.

“They are bigger. I know that's obvious, but bigger homes just take longer,” he told the outlet. “For example, that foundation, with the subterranean garage, is some serious business. Not only is it huge, but it is way more complex than a typical foundation.”

Tony continued, "If you run out of something or have difficulty with the materials, that'll cause a delay. Kylie, 27, currently lives in a $36 million mansion in the same area, before she bought this new land, once owned by singer Miley Cyrus.

The real estate expert says the upgrades will take “multiple subcontractors” working on this project, which are going to be “custom and detailed” to Kylie’s taste. The extravagant driveway, to house all of the Kylie Cosmetics founder’s cars, could take much longer than your average home.

“Laying the stone or carpet in that house could take weeks instead of days,” he added. “The city inspections that happen along the way will take longer.”

The Hidden Hills mansion must be meticulously planned because, as he states, “if the builders violate or overlook any building codes, it'll take days or weeks to straighten things out.”

The best way to break it down, this mega mansion for the reality star is a huge undertaking fit for the beauty mogul known as “King Kylie.”

“This is a project on the scale of a large restaurant or small hotel,” Tony concluded.
