Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck take their $52 million home off the market
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck may have broken up, but real estate is forever.
The former couple had initially listed their home at $68 million in July 2024 before dropping the price to $52 million in September 2025.
They originally purchased the home in 2023, a sprawling 38,000-square-foot mansion with 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a 12-car garage, 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker house, and a two-bedroom guesthouse, according to People. It also features a sports lounge, fully equipped gym, boxing ring, and courts for basketball and pickleball.
Lopez and Affleck divorced in January 2025 after two years of marriage. The wedding came almost two decades after they were engaged in the early 2000s.
In May, sources told TMZ that Affleck was keen to lower the asking price, but Lopez is said to have wanted it to remain on sale for $68 million.
The exes reportedly took out a $20 million mortgage on the pad.
A source told People in July 2025, when they first pulled the home from the market before relisting, "While they've been hoping to sell the property, they've also been hesitant to take a big loss. They lowered the price to get more interest and when this didn't happen, they were advised to take it off the market. It was a business decision that they made together."
Jennifer has since bought a new home in Hidden Hills, California, and she has continued to live in the Beverly Hills mansion while her new house is being renovated.
Affleck had forked out $20.5 million for a Brentwood mansion, but he bought another property last year.
