Kim Kardashian is a cutthroat divorce lawyer a team of A-listers in 'All’s Fair' trailer
All’s fair in love and war and dueling legal firms in the new Ryan Murphy drama starring Kim Kardashian.
The new trailer for “All’s Fair” features Kim along with Naomi Watts, Niecy Nash-Betts, Teyana Taylor, Sarah Paulson, and Glenn Close as high-powered divorce lawyers who leave a male dominated firm to open their own practice.
Friendships and partnerships begin to fracture when Paulson’s character pits herself against Kardashian by representing her ex (Matthew Noszka).
The official description from the Ryan Murphy created Hulu series states, “Fierce, brilliant and emotionally complicated, they navigate high-stakes breakups, scandalous secrets and shifting allegiances—both in the courtroom and within their own ranks. In a world where money talks and love is a battleground, these women don’t just play the game—they change it.”
From the trailer, the show is going to feature some serious style, from fashion to language (there’s clever wordplay in the name calling), not to mention high drama.
There’s also going to be some A-list guest stars seeking the lady lawyers’ divorce counsel, including Brooke Shields, Elizabeth Berkley, Jennifer Jason Leigh and Judith Light.
Jessica Simpson is also set to appear in the show, telling Entertainment Tonight back in May, “I had a blast. I did eight hours of prosthetics, so it was very intense. but props to the prosthetics team. I love you guys so much. They said I had the most patience of anyone they've ever worked with, so, I mean, that's a good compliment. I really embody someone that I am not, so I was definitely acting.”
Kardashian’s part in the show is her second scripted TV role, following her appearance in “American Horror Story: Delicate,” also created by Ryan Murphy.
“All’s Fair” premieres on November 4 with three episodes, streaming on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+, with new episodes streaming weekly on Thursdays.
