Meagan Good is ready to start a family with husband Jonathan Majors, after the couple wed in an intimate backyard wedding in Los Angeles back in March. The actress tells our Courtney Tezeno why Majors was “the one” despite his recent controversies. Plus, she describes what kind of mom she hopes to be once the couple welcomes their first child together.

“We’ve already been through the worst, so there’s nothing we can’t handle,” Good said about her relationship with Majors.

Check out what Good tells us about her baby planning progress, marriage, and why she is ready for this next step with Majors in the clip!

Good, 43, returns to Lifetime in “I’ll Never Let You Go” to executive produce and star as Emily Westover, a successful art gallery director whose life takes a dark turn after a brief marital affair. She dishes on the details of her risqué role ahead of its summer release on August 16 at 7/8c p.m. on Lifetime.

“Lifetime” is releasing its first string of faith-based films centered around Christian women with relatable and true stories ripped from the headlines. Good (“I’ll Never Let You Go”) joins Chrissy Metz (“Faith in the Flames: The Nichole Jolly Story”), Paula Patton (“Finding Faith”), Alexa PenaVega (“Before Your Father Finds Us”) and Kat Graham (“Terri Blackstock’s If I Run”) who each star in the female-led lineup of Lifetime’s exciting summer rollout.
