Actress Courtney Thorne-Smith and her husband, Roger Fishman, are calling it quits after nearly two decades together.

According to court docs, the ‘Melrose Place’ star, known for her role as Alison Parker, filed for divorce on June 17, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the couple’s reason for ending their 18-year marriage. Thorne-Smith and Fishman tied the knot on New Year's Day in 2007 and legally separated on September 1, 2021.

The exes share a son, Jacob, 17, and are seeking joint legal and physical custody of him. Fishman works as a professional wildlife photographer and videographer. Documents state that both parties are not seeking child support or spousal support from the other.

This is the ‘Ally McBeal’ star’s second marriage; she was previously wed to Andrew Conrad in 2000, and they divorced after one year of marriage. The actress, 57, was also linked to ‘Melrose Place’ co-star Andrew Shue when the series premiered in 1992.

Thorne-Smith, Laura Leighton, 55, and Daphne Zuniga, 61, launched their ‘Melrose Place’ rewatch podcast, “Still the Place,” where they share behind-the-scenes stories and the synopsis promises to relive “every hookup, every scandal, every back stab, blackmail, explosion and every wig removal together!”

Last year, Thorne-Smith reflected being “charmed” by Shue, 58, when filming the pilot of the soap opera, according to People.

“I did remember shooting with Andrew for the first time. The scene that I remember that we talked about was so much fun was him dancing. When he’s dancing – you can actually see it in my face – how charmed I am,” Thorne-Smith said. “I was being completely charmed by Andrew in that moment. It was so adorable.”
