Miranda Lambert has cheeky response to revealing wardrobe malfunction
Miranda Lambert had a clever comeback to a bottom baring wardrobe malfunction.
Over the weekend, Lambert took the stage in Seattle, and the audience got an eyeful of her behind thanks to her teeny tiny denim mini skirt.
A fan on TikTok captured video of Lambert’s barely there skirt, joking in the caption, “Miranda Lambert got up close and personal with us in the it!” adding they loved the song she was singing at that moment, “Wildcard.”
Lambert may not have been aware of her derriere peeking out from her skirt during the performance, but she had a cheeky response a few days after the footage showed up online.
On her TikTok, she posted a video filmed her walking from behind, with text over top that read “It ain’t my fault when I’m walkin jaws droppin like ooooo ahhhh,” a lyric from her hit song “Little Red Wagon.”
She added in the caption, “I’ve been warning y’all about my backyard swagger since 2014,” another nod to the song’s lyrics.
Fans in the comments cheered on Lambert’s response. One person wrote, “The clap back we all needed! Cheeky as always.”
Another quipped, “That ain’t no little wagon.”
Lambert clearly has a good handle on dealing with people commenting on her body.
In March, she posted a series of photos of herself wearing leggings, which sparked some pretty negative commentary from trolls trying to body shame her.
“Yikes, legging type pants are not attractive on people with a little extra here and there. They don't do you any favors,” they wrote.“ You are too beautiful to display the unattractive parts. I'm not a fan of leggings on anyone, actually. I've seen way more of a person's business than I wanted to.”
Lambert screenshotted the comments and clapped back on her Instagram story, writing, sarcastically, “Good to know! I’ll do better about displaying my ‘unattractive parts.’”
