Olympic medalist Stephen Nedoroscik, also known as "Pommel Horse Guy," is looking to add the Mirrorball Trophy to his lineup as he joins "Dancing With the Stars."

The reality competition announced Thursday morning that the bronze medal winner will join the upcoming 33rd season. His competitors will be announced at a later date.

"From Paris to #DWTS! We’re thrilled to welcome pommel horse legend @stephen_nedoroscik as the first star of the season, premiering live Tuesday, September 17 on ABC and Disney+!" a post on Instagram read.

Nedoroscik helped the men's gymnastics team end a 16-year Olympic medal drought on the sport's biggest stage.

During an interview on "Good Morning America," he said he wants to "bring some of that gymnastics, maybe a backflip or handstand. I want to have fun with it."

He became a viral star thanks to memes of his preparation before competing — no, he was not asleep — and of his Superman-like transformation before hitting the floor(he takes his glasses off, just like Clark Kent).

"Dancing With the Stars" is co-hosted byAlfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough, and judged by Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Derek Hough.
