Ozzy Osbourne’s private funeral for family and close friends was held Thursday, with new details emerging about his final plans.

Osbourne is set to be buried on the grounds of his mansion in Buckinghamshire, according to his wishes, per a report from The Daily Mail.

The private funeral took place on the grounds of the family’s home there, and his final resting place is reported to be near a lake on the 250-acre estate.

The outlet reported that in true Ozzy fashion, a large floral tribute spelled out “OZZY F---ING OSBOURNE” on the banks of the lake.

Rock royalty also attended the services, including Marily Manson and his wife, Lindsay Usich, Rob Zombie, and Osbourne’s lead guitarist Zakk Wylde.

Wylde told Guitar World about the last text he received from Osbourne, following his final performance with Black Sabbath earlier this month.

“Everybody and their mother were in the backstage dressing room and I just wanted to give him a break. I figured we’d see him later on – the next day or whatever. But no. The last text I got from Oz was saying, ‘Zakky, sorry, it was like a madhouse back there. I didn’t see you.’ He goes, ‘Thanks for everything.’ It was just us talking, saying, ‘I love you, buddy.’ That was it,” he said.\

The more intimate funeral followed yesterday’s massive procession through Osbourne’s hometown of Birmingham.

Thousands of fans lined the street, as Sharon Osbourne and their children, Jack, Kelly, and Aimee, as well as one of his older children, son Louis, and grandchildren, made an appearance at the Black Sabbath Bridge Bench.

Sharon was visibly distraught and in tears, supported by her kids at the memorial.

Their presence at the funeral procession is the first time any of the Osbournes have been seen publicly since the “Crazy Train” singer’s death on July 22 at the age of 76.

The family initially released a statement announcing the sad news, writing, "It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time” and signed by “Sharon, Jack, Kelly, Aimee and Louis."
