Sarah Paulson has played a wide array of characters on “American Horror Story,” but there is one she would like to revisit.

At the Television Academy’s Hall of Fame ceremony Sunday night, Paulson spoke with our Courtney Tezeno about how much she loved all her characters from the series.

“Because I loved every single person I played on that show in a very big, deep way, it’s sort of embarrassing,” she joked.

But who would she play again in a spin-off?

“Maybe Cordelia? Because she’s the Supreme. I don’t know what to say, she’s the Supreme!” she answered, referring to her character from season three, “American Horror Story: Coven.”

Paulson has starred in nine of the twelve seasons of “American Horror Story,” executive-produced by Ryan Murphy.

Murphy was one of the six inductees into the Television Academy’s Hall of Fame, and Paulson was there to support her long-time friend and collaborator.

“I just try to surround myself with the people I love the most, like Ryan Murphy, which is why I’m here tonight,” she said.
