Sex! Aneurysms! Rob! All the bombshells from 'The Kardashians' season premiere
The Kardashians are back and bringing all the drama for season 7!
“We’re back! And we’re refreshed!” Kris declares in the first few minutes, celebrating her facelift as well.
There’s a lot going on in the first episode, as well as the major teaser at the top, promising an episode (and season) full of ups, downs, and family bonding (and bickering).
Here’s the top moments!
KHLOE’S CELIBACY
Khloe Kardashian revealed she hasn’t been intimate with anyone for several years.
“I haven’t had sex in over three years,” she said, confirming to her friends there aren’t any sneaky links either.
“There’s no one I am texting or anyone’s phone number. I don’t have nudes,” the 41-year-old added.
Instead, she’s focusing on work, like her podcast, and her family, True and Tatum, with ex Tristan Thompson.
KENDALL’S NON-CELIBACY
On the opposite end of the sexual activity spectrum, Kendall Jenner revealed she lost her virginity in her childhood bedroom.
The moment came was she, Kris, and Khloe are touring the family home they plan on selling, and joke about Kendall’s room being turned into a closet, to which Kendall responds “I know so not nice. I lost my virginity in that room.”
“WHAT?” Kris asks. Turns out Kendall was just teasing her mom. She actually lost her virginity AT THE GUY’S PLACE.
Kendall joked in her confessional interview that Kris was lax with her and Kylie since they were kids “number 5 and 6” and that their dad, Caitlyn Jenner, was actually stricter.
ROB’S BACK!
Out of six children in the Kar-Jenner clan, Rob is the only boy and the one with the least amount of screen time, by choice.
But he appeared on the first episode, his first ever on this iteration of the family’s reality show, joining the family for a farewell dinner at the family home they’re selling (that Kendall almost sullied).
“Yes, guys, you heard right. I know everyone is hoping that Rob comes back to the show, and trust me, we are too," Khloe said in a one on one interview.
She also addressed the “conspiracies” about Rob, saying, “One of the main ones is that he lives with me. He’s in our shadows and we don’t wanna have him around us. He’s not a miserable person who lives under a bridge We’re totally fine.”
Rob appeared on E!’s “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” but made the move off camera in 2016 after he and his then fiancé, Blac Chyna, starred in a self-titled reality series.
After that, he’s kept more to himself. He explained to Khloe on her podcast that he has "nothing against" being around his family, but when it comes to filming, he’s “not gonna just put myself out there if I'm not comfortable with myself. I haven't been comfortable with myself in years. And I choose my own happiness and peace [over] just filming for somebody who doesn't do anything for me in my personal life."
KIM’S HEALTH SCARE
This didn’t happen in the episode’s full plot, but the super tease for the season at the top of the show, with Kim getting a scan and telling Kourtney doctors found “a little aneurysm.”
Kim said she was told the aneurysm is likely related to “stress.”
In the actual episode, Kim opens about the ongoing complications from her divorce from Kanye West and the impact on their four children, North, 11, Saint, 8, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 5.
“I feel more stressed probably just because I have to protect my kids. Everyone around can handle [the drama], but I want to protect my babies. They are going to know things. They’re going to grow up and see,” she said. “So my job as a mom is to just make sure that at a time when that behavior is happening, is just to make sure that they are protected.”
She also clarified that, despite Kanye’s claims on social media, she is not keeping the kids from him and in fact, He’s never once called and asked [to see them].”
Elsewhere in the episode, Kim noted her packed schedule studying for the bar and filming “All’s Fair,” the Ryan Murphy legal drama, was causing a psoriasis flare up, something she experienced during her relationship with West.
