Squid Game fans are in for an intense, wild ride in the new season! The dramatic season 3 trailer shows Gi-hun and the Front Man coming face to face for the final time in the Netflix series.

Netflix Tudum 2025: The Live Event took place over the weekend, showcasing Netflix’s upcoming shows, movies and documentaries.

One of the most exciting pieces of news to come out of the weekend was the trailer for the final season of “Squid Game.” The trailer gives us a look at the intense battle that Gi-hun (Lee Jung-jae), his friends and enemies are in for as they race to finish the last round of the Squid Game.

“The new season will focus on what Gi-hun can and will do after all his efforts fail,” Hwang Dong-hyuk, the series creator, tells Tudum. Season 3 picks up right after the season 2 finale, where we saw Gi-hun start a rebellion against the puppet masters of the Squid Game.

The third and final season of “Squid Game” premieres June 27 on Netflix.
