Stevie Nicks postpones tour dates after injury

Stevie Nicks fans will have to wait a bit longer for the legend's next shows, after the singer announced a postponement due to injury.
In a statement on Instagram, Nicks wrote, "Due to a recent injury resulting in a fractured shoulder that will require recovery time, Stevie Nicks’ scheduled concerts in August and September will be rescheduled," the post read. "Please note that October dates will be unaffected."
"The concert schedule will resume on Wednesday, October 1st in Portland, Oregon," the statement concluded. "Stevie looks forward to seeing everyone soon and apologizes to the fans for this inconvenience."
Fans were told all previously purchased tickets will be honored, and additional information could be obtained from the original point of purchase.
Nicks’ injury comes just a week after she and fellow former Fleetwood Mac bandmate Lindsey Buckingham teased fans with a series of social posts leading up to the announcement of the reissue of their “Buckingham Nicks” album. It’ll be the first reissue of the album since 1974.
The album is what caught the attention of Mick Fleetwood while he was on tour, inviting the duo to join Fleetwood Mac, leading to their legendary albums and even more legendary romance and break up.
