The cast and crew of the new “Superman” film landed on the red carpet in style Monday night in Los Angeles for the world premiere.

David Corenswet stars as the Man of Steel, and wore a dark blue pin striped three-piece suit, looking very Clark Kent.

“It’s amazing to be here in Hollywood and with such a big crowd of fans with our wonderful cast reassembled and ready to watch,” Corenswet said. “I’m seeing the film for the first time right now, so I’m very excited, I’ve heard great things."

He added, “It’s a great privilege to get to be involved in a film like this with such a great group.”

Rachel Brosnahan plays intrepid reporter and Superman’s love interest Lois Lane, in a sparkling purple sequin gown, paired with silver starburst earrings and slicked back ponytail.

Describing Superman, Brosnahan said, “He represents hope and goodness without question, and I think that’s something we could use a little bit more of that right now.”

Directed by James Gunn, who also wrote the film, the cast also includes Nicholas Hoult as the villainous Lex Luthor, along with Anthony Carrigan, Frank Grillo, Maria Gabriela de Faria, Alan Tudyk, Isabela Merced, and Nathan Fillion.

“There’s something for everyone. I think a lot of people love the flying action sequences, a lot of people love the love relationship between Lois and Clark. A lot of people love Krypto the dog! So there’s really something for everyone,” Gunn said of the movie.

“Superman” is available in theaters on July 11.
