Seattle man arrested loitering outside of Taylor Swift's NYC home for 3rd time in 4 days

A 33-year-old Seattle man was re-arrested Wednesday afterloitering outside of Taylor Swift's Tribeca home for the third time since Saturday.

David Crowe, a Capitol Hill resident, was originally arrested Monday evening after multiple people told nearby officers about an "emotionally disturbed male acting erratically," the New York Police Department (NYPD) told KOMO News via email on Tuesday.

Police said they found a man harassing multiple people and took him into custody "without further incident." No injuries were reported, andCrowe was charged with two counts of harassment and two counts of stalking, police added.

Crowe was arraigned Wednesday on stalking and harassment charges and was allowed to leave on a supervised release. He immediately returned to Swift's home Wednesday afternoon and was re-arrested after police said he was spotted looking through a dumpster parked across the street from her Franklin Street home, ABC News reported.

New charges against Crowe are pending.

Around 1:35 p.m. local time Saturday, police said they were told that an "individualattempted to open a door to a building" at the same location. An investigation determined the man had an active warrant for a 2017 incident in Brooklyn and was taken into custody, the NYPD said.

Swift did not appear to be at the home at the time of Monday's incident, ABC News reports.She was in Buffalo Sunday night watching her boyfriend Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs beat the Bills in the AFC playoffs.

Swift's The Eras Tour continues in Tokyo on Feb. 7. She performed two shows at Seattle's Lumen Field in July.
