Taylor Swift's autographed guitar on display at children's hospital

RENO, Nev. (KRNV) — Taylor Swift's signed guitar is striking a chord at a Nevada children's hospital.

The pop star'sautographed guitar is on display at Renown Children's Hospital.

Hospital officials announced on Friday that the purple guitar is on display at Sophie's Place, the music therapy room designed to integrate the healing power of music into care plans through evidence-based music therapy.

"We are ecstatic to have the musical energy of Taylor in our Sophie's Place, the first of its kind in our community," Renown Children's Hospital said in social media posts.

Officials added that certified music therapists will offer group and individual music therapy sessions to help improve the quality of life for children of all ages and abilities.

Sophie’s Place officially opens for patients and families on Monday.

The American superstar is set to give three Eras Tour concerts in Germany later this month.

Swift’s concerts in Gelsenkirchen are sold out and will take place at the Veltins-Arena on Schalke stadium, which has space for up to 70,000 Swifties. Further Eras Tour shows are planned for Hamburg and Munich.
