The Netflix documentary, “Fit for TV: The Reality of the Biggest Loser,” dropped some bombshells about the show and its trainers, especially Jillian Michaels.

But one winner is defending Michaels in the wake of the show.

Patrick House won season 10 of the reality series and told TMZ he credits the show with saving his life.

He also told the outlet he thinks the documentary did not do Michaels justice, casting her in a bad light.

Michaels did not participate in the documentary and recently took to social media to debunk several claims made, including that she restricted calories and pushed unsafe caffeine pills.

She told TMZ the doc “paints a false picture,” and said she is considering legal action against Netflix, the documentary’s producers, and Bob Harper and Dr. Huizenga, both of whom did appear in the film.

House told the outlet no one ever offered him drugs and that rooms were routinely checked for anything that might help contestants lose weight. He recalled he had FiberOne bars that were taken away by production.

He also said he declined to participate in the documentary because he wasn’t sure how he might be portrayed.

Another contestant, David Fioravanti, spoke with TMZ about his relationship with Michaels on the show.

While he admitted they butted heads, he says she never gave him pills on the show and didn’t see anyone else receive any either.
