Hulk Hogan’s home in Clearwater, Fla., is on the market six months after he died there.

The WWE star died of a heart attack in the home in July 2025. According to medical records, he had a history of leukemia, something not previously known to the public, as well as atrial fibrillation, a disorder that causes irregular heartbeats.

Now the home has been listed for an asking price of $10,989,000 million.

The five-bedroom home, listed by Martha Thorn of The Thorn Collection at Coldwell Banker Realty, is described as a “a true Mediterranean masterpiece” and is situated on the Gulf of Mexico with “unobstructed views” from almost every room in the house on realtor.com.

"This is more than a home — it is a legacy property, offering privacy, prestige, and panoramic beauty," the listing says. It's "filled with exquisite architectural detail, sparkling chandeliers, and designer finishes that elevate every space."

The home was built in 2009 and, according to Market Watch, was purchased by Hogan in 2012 for $3.3 million. He also purchased the neighboring cottage for $1.6 million in 2016, though that is not part of the current listing.

According to realtor.com, both homes are registered to an LLC belonging to Hogan’s ex-wife, Jennifer, who he was married to from 2010 to 2021.

Apart from the mansion, Hogan left nearly $5 million in assets to his son, Nick Hogan, who was named his sole beneficiary. While Nick was listed as the sole beneficiary to the estate, Hogan’s widow, Sky Daily, was named as a surviving spouse.

The WWE star left behind $799,000 in personal property and intellectual property, $200,000 in cryptocurrency, his right to publicity, worth $4 million, and an unknown value for a potential medical malpractice lawsuit.
