WASHINGTON (SBG) — Verzuz, the hugely popular breakout live-streaming battle series started by legendary hip-hop producers Swizz Beatz and Timbaland, is now making its way to Apple Music.

According to Billboard, each battle will be live-streamed on both the Verzuz Instagram account and Apple Music for free. After the live battle, music fans will be able to rewatch the archived battles on-demand through this new partnership with Apple Music.

The music streaming service plans to work alongside Swizz and Timbo to produce new episodes of Verzuz to “continue giving fans a truly premium, high quality shared experience," in a press release obtained by HipHopDX.

Apple Music previously worked the Timbaland and Swizz Beatz to live stream the special Juneteenth episode of Verzuz, between Alicia Keys and John Legend, which can now be found on-demand on the streaming service.

The next Verzuz battle is set for July 22 at 5 p.m. PST between two Hip-Hop legends, Snoop Dogg and DMX. To help refresh your memory of how legendary these two were, Apple Music host Lowkey has curated an official “Snoop Dogg and DMX Cheat Sheet” playlist.
