Who are Ozzy Osbourne’s six kids, from Jack and Kelly to the ones out of the spotlight
Ozzy Osbourne may have been a rock star, but he was also a family man, a father to six children.
Osbourne passed away on July 22 at the age of 76, just weeks after his final performance.
His family released a statement saying, " It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time."
The statement was signed by his wife, Sharon, and four of his children, Jack, Kelly, Aimee and Louis.
Sharon and Ozzy were together for over 40 years after marrying in 1982. Together they welcomed three children, Aimee, Kelly, and Jack. Ozzy was previously married to Thelma Riley and shared three children with her, Elliott, Louis, and Jessica.
Here’s everything to know about Ozzy’s six children.
Elliot Kingsley
Elliot was born in 1966 from Ozzy’s first wife’s Thelma’s previous relationship. Ozzy adopted Elliot, who has kept primarily out of the spotlight and off social media.
Jessica Osbourne
Jessica was born in 1972 to Ozzy and Thelma, and has also shunned the spotlight, According to People Magazine, she stayed in England with her mom after the Osbourne family moved to Los Angeles.
Louis Osbourne
Louis was born in 1975, and like his siblings mostly stayed away from the spotlight.
He was at his father’s final performance with Black Sabbath earlier this month, and shared a Facebook post about the “hugely emotional” event, per the BBC.
"I was sobbing at times. It was everything we wanted it to be and more," he wrote, according to the outlet. "I had been anxious for months about this as I've been worried about my dad's ability to perform with his Parkinson's disease."
He continued, "I just wanted it to be a dignified send off for him. But as soon as he started singing we knew he was gonna nail it."
Aimee Osbourne
Aimee was born in 1983 to Ozzy and Sharon. Aimee grew up with her family until 16, when their MTV reality show “The Osbournes” began, and she opted to not be on the show, moving out of the family home.
In a 2020 interview, Aimee told New York’s Q1043 radio show, "I had grown up around having a pretty well-known dad anyway, and ... I always really valued my privacy within that family. And for me personally, and for who I am, you know, as far as morally and also just to give myself a chance to actually develop into a human being as opposed to just being remembered for being a teenager, it didn't really line up with what I saw my future as."
Aimee did follow in her dad’s musical footsteps as lead singer of the synth-pop band ARO.
According to People, she and her parents have a good relationship, but she isn’t particularly close with her siblings, Kelly and Jack.
Kelly Osbourne
Kelly was born in 1984 and became a household fixture with her family on “The Osbournes.”
She initially pursued a music career like her dad, but ended up doing more hosting work like her mom, appearing on shows like “Fashion Police,” “Project Catwalk,” and “Project Runway.”
In 2022, she announced she was in a relationship with Slipknot musician, and they welcomed a son, Sid in 2023.
Kelly and Wilson got engaged backstage at Ozzy’s last show. Ozzy jokingly interrupted the moment, saying, "F--- off, you’re not marrying my daughter!”
Jack Osbourne
The youngest of Ozzy’s children, Jack was born in 1985 and also became well-known thanks to “The Osbournes.”
Over the years, Jack has built a career as a paranormal investigator, hosting series like “Portals to Hell” and “The Osbournes Want to Believe.”
In 2012, Jack married Lisa Stelly and they welcomed three children, Peal, Andy, and Minnie. That same year, Jack was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
Jack and Lisa divorced in 2019, and he later met and married Aree Gearhart. In 2022, Jack and Aree welcomed a daughter, Maple Artemis.
