10 cases of beer dropped off for 93-year-old who went viral with beer sign

SEMINOLE, Pa. (WZTV) — A 93-year-old woman got a surprise delivered right to her front doorstep after a photo of her holding a sign asking for beer went viral.

Olive Veronesi reached internet fame last week when a photo of her holding a Coors Light and a sign that said, “I need more beer” was shared tens of thousands of times.

Well, folks at Molson Coors got word of the request and set out to make Olive’s wish coming true – dropping off 10 cases of beer right to her front doorstep in Pennsylvania.

Veronesi now has a new sign, "I got more beer.”
