You alright, Clark?

Chevy Chase, 80, took a tumble on stage Wednesday night when he appeared for a talk about the holiday classic " National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation" at Shea's Performing Arts Center in Buffalo, New York.

In a video shared by TMZ, the actor is rolled onto the stage in a wheelchair to applause from the crowd before getting up, walking to the front of the stage and falling off.

After he recovers, his wife Jayni Chase helps him back in his seat to continue the conversation.

"Wait wait, my watch is talking to me," Chase told the moderator while joking. "It says, 'I see you've taken a great fall!'"

Jayni then seems to poke fun at the minor fall while trying to fix his watch. "Otherwise, they might send an ambulance," she said while laughing.

Audience members told TMZ that he ended up doing the event with an icepack on his knee and stuck to take fan photos and answer questions.

"He took a fall at the part of the stage that was not lit well but thanks to all his falls on SNL, it was like riding a bike again. Just a little boo-boo. All good," a representative for Chase told PEOPLE.
