CUTE VIDEO: 2-year-old discovers he could call dad at work with Ring doorbell camera

FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) — A two-year-old boy in California recently discovered he could call his dad while he was at work by using the Ring doorbell camera on their front door.

Nolan Stempson is a firefighter who was working at the fire station when he received a notification from his Ring doorbell camera.

When Nolan answered he saw his two-year-old son Wells in the camera.

Nolan says his son was frantically trying to push the button, so his wife Chrissy lifted the boy up for better access to the button, and to be seen.

He had just learned the day before while I was on duty that if he rings the doorbell his ‘dada’ will answer.

Wells was able to have a little chat with his dad and was so excited he had ‘found him’.

You can hear the joy in the father’s voice as he responds to his son's greetings.
