Furry food critic takes a 'rat race' tour around mall food court

FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) — A large rat was spotted Saturday afternoon at the food court at Fashion Fair Mall in Fresno, California.

A KMPH viewer spotted the rat and took a video of the furry rodent pausing for a moment before running off.

The video then shows a food court employee chasing the rat off with a broom.

This all happened around 11 a.m. and the viewer mentioned it was strolling in the dining area and didn’t come out of a restaurant kitchen.

There have been no rodent problems reported after searching the Fresno County Department of Health webpage.
