Officer goes viral after response to 'Mrs. Anonymous' complaint over lemonade stand

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Thousands are praising an Upper Allen Police Officer for giving a child some sweet victory after an anonymous complaint was made about a lemonade stand in Pennsylvania.
In a post from the police department, Officer Mark Sanguinito responded to a call from "Mrs. Anonymous", who reportedly made the complaint.
According to a press release from Upper Allen Police Chief Andrew Parsons, the caller said the kids were "too close to the road" and they said the children were "being annoying and a nuisance."
Officer Sanguinito then responded promptly, snapping a selfie with him and the young entrepreneur enjoying a "refreshing cup while making some new friends." Chief Parsons said the officer was recently chosen to become the Department and Mechanicsburg Area School District's new District Resource Officer.
"Officer Sanguinito's ongoing mission will be to connect with the youth in our community," said Chief Parsons. "He's clearly off to an amazing start."
The department's response to the anonymous complaint has sent the internet abuzz, with many positively highlighting the officer's actions on Facebook.
