'Mission Im-paw-sible': Ohio troopers rescue baby kitten stuck between semi-truck wheels

PORTAGE COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) - The Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) released a video of a kitten getting rescued after it got stuck between the tires of a semi-truck.

OSHP posted the video on its social media on Tuesday, June 18.

The video started off with the title "Mission Im-paw-sible."

"On May 14, 2024, a commercial truck driver located a curios kitten stuck in between the tires of his semi during a pre-trip inspection on the Ohio Turnpike in Portage County," said OSHP.

One person in the video can be heard saying the kitten's paw was stuck and that it was holding on with its claw.

They eventually removed a tire for the finally step to free the kitten then quickly grabbed it and placed it in a cardboard box.

"Thankfully, you found her before you drove off," said one person in the video.
