FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) — Residents in California observed a mysterious object flying in front of the moon.
KMPH viewers sent photos and videos asking what it was.
A usual suspect in these sightings isSpaceXsince it's on the California coast but this one turned out to be from Florida. Starlinklaunched and passed over California around 9:06 p.m. and was visible while doing a final de-orbit burn.
The rocket could be seen across half the U.S. and Mexico.
