The Reno Police Department took a page out of Reno 911's book and released their own version of the iconic "drunk catwalk" scene to discourage drinking and driving this holiday season.

The drunk catwalk, also known as the drunk cowboy, is a scene from the 2003 comedy TV show Reno 911! in which Deputy Clementine Johnson pulls over a drunken "gifted" drunk cowboy dance who performs the "walk and turn test."

The classic clip became a fan favorite over the following years, resurfacing in 2018 after it went viral on YouTube. In 2023, the scene notably became the subject of parodies and Halloween costumes as people reenacted it across social media.

Speaking of reenacting on social media, the Reno Police Department did just that releasing their very own version over the weekend. Take a look.

The drunk cowboy scene originally aired on Oct. 15, 2003 in episode 13.

Fun fact: Reno 911 isn't actually filmed in Reno, except a few establishing shots.
