SOUTH CAROLINA (WCIV) — FinanceBuzz is offering $1,000 to a taste tester who will sample food items from Buc-ee's.
The taste tester will also receive $250 to cover the costs of food, gas, and merchandise, according to a press release.

The press release says taste tester applications are due by September 11 at 11:59 p.m. EST and a candidate is scheduled to be selected on Sept. 18. Applicants must be based in the United States, at least 18 years of age, and live near or be willing to travel to a Buc-ee's location.

According to the press release, the purpose of the taste testing assignment is to help customers decide which items they should purchase from Buc-ee's.
The taste tester will receive a list of items to try. In addition to sampling the items, the taste tester will document their experience through written product reviews and photographs.

According to the press release, the taste tester must complete the assignment within two weeks. FinanceBuzz will use the notes as the basis for a story.
