EVERGREEN, Colo. (KMPH) — A bear needed a little help after getting locked inside a truck.
A Colorado Parks and Wildlife Officer used his cellphone to record the bear looking back at him.
The officer checks the door handles and finds it locked.
“There’s our bear who uh has the doors locked,” he said.
He steps away and then goes back and says, “Let’s give it a try again.”
This time the door opens, and he shouts at the bear, “Get out of here.”
At one point the bear stops and turns but the officer told it to keep going, which it did.
Colorado Parks and Wildlife released the video to remind people not to leave any food or items of interest in a vehicle.
