POWELL, Ohio (SBG) — A seal at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium was caught on camera experiencing snow for the first time.

"Sloane, one of the harbor seals who calls Adventure Cove home, got to experience snow for the first time in her life this past week and it's safe to say that she seemed to love it!" the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium said on Facebook.

Sloane is seen in the video splashing around in the snow inside her exhibit at the zoo.

The zoo says their four harbor seals came to them from SeaWorld in Orlando, Florida, where they never experienced snow.

"Harbor seals have a wide distribution (including in the Arctic), and they do very well in the cold," zoo staff added.
