NASHVILLE, Tenn.- — Wednesday Nashville SC will be playing Colorado Rapids in its first MLS competitive game.
Nashville is currently on an 8 game winning streak while Colorado has lost 7 games in a row in MLS play.
Being one of 32 teams left in the U.S. Open Cup and one of just 12 non-MLS sides remaining in the national tournament, fans say it is going to be a good game.
The Rapids only MLS title was won under the coaching of Gary Smith in 2010, Smith is now Nashville's head coach.
The game is set to take place at Vanderbilt Football Stadium at 7:30 p.m. June 6.
