Attorney General Dan Rayfield announced a significant legal victory in the ongoing multi-state lawsuit against Live Nation and its subsidiary, Ticketmaster.

Thirty states and district attorneys general brought the lawsuit saying it is squeezing out smaller promoters and hurting artists.
