Week six of Sean "Diddy" Combs' federal sex trafficking trial wrapped up in New York on Friday.

Among those taking the stand, one of Combs' former assistants, Brendan Paul, who testified about the ins and outs of working for Combs.

Paul told the court that he began working for Combs in 2022, first hearing about the opportunity from another former assistant.

"He told me to get in, to get out, if you have a girlfriend, break up with her, and you’re never going to see your family," Paul testified.

Paul said he coordinated most of Combs' day-to-day, including setting up "wild king nights" and stocking supplies like condoms, Astroglide and a pouch with drugs.

If you were unsure the first time when there were assistants testifying about whether or not they used cash or funds from the business to facilitate the "freak offs," then you believe it now, attorney & political analyst Madeline Summerville told us.

Paul also said he bought drugs like cocaine, ketamine, and ecstasy for Combs.

Defense attorney Brian Steel asked Paul, "You were not some drug mule, right?"

Paul responded, "Absolutely not."

If you can associate the label of drug mule with this person who you're trying to discredit, I think that's Brian Steel just getting that idea out there again for the jurors," said Summerville.

Prosecutors also entered into evidence more texts between Combs and his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, from about a year after he was seen on hotel surveillance video beating her in 2016.

“You treat me like a hooker to be honest. You always want to call one and you have one. This hooker has been here for 10 years," Ventura wrote in one message.

In a separate conversation, Combs wrote, "You need to ask someone how you were acting. Talk to your people. They'll tell you."

The prosecutors were trying to remind everyone, Diddy is a bad guy. He treats her in a way that's disrespectful to her," Summerville said.

Prosecutors say they hope to rest their case by the end of the day Monday.

The defense said they plan to rest either Tuesday or Wednesday. If that happens, the judge said closing arguments could then start on Thursday.
