Rapper Travis Scott was arrested Thursday morning in Miami and charged with disorderly intoxication and trespassing, jail records show.

Scott, whose legal name is Jacques Bermon Webster, was booked into Miami-Dade Jail at 4:35 a.m. and submitted a bond of $650, according to jail records. He was arrested at 1:44 a.m. at the Miami Beach Marina, authorities told CNN.

Police stated Scott was on a charter boat and was involved in a disturbance/dispute with the crew. When officers arrived at the marina he was asked to leave but returned a second time before getting into another dispute. After being asked to leave a second time and refusing he was arrested, according to police.

The rap artist is most known for his 2018 album "Astroworld." Four of his singles that have topped the charts include "Sicko Mode," "Highest in the Room," "The Scotts," and "Franchise."

Nine of the 10 wrongful death lawsuits filed after a deadly crowd surge at the 2021 Astroworld music festival were settled in May.

The one wrongful death lawsuit that remains pending was filed by the family of 9-year-old Ezra Blount, the youngest person killed during the concert.

More than 4,000 plaintiffs filed hundreds of lawsuits after the concert. Those killed, who ranged in age from 9 to 27, died from compression asphyxia, which an expert likened to being crushed by a car.

Scott, promoter Live Nation, and the others who were sued have denied claims of negligence and a lack of concern over capacity, saying safety was their No. 1 concern. They said what happened could not have been foreseen.

Pop star Justin Timberlake was arrested for driving while intoxicated Monday night in Sag Harbor, New York.

Scott shares two children with Kylie Jenner of "The Kardashians" fame.
